Description
Stimulant laxative for short-term constipation; usually works in 8–12 hours. Not a weight-loss treatment.
Ingredients / details
Senna fruit equivalent to 7.5mg hydroxyanthracene glycosides (as sennoside B); contains lactose.
How to use
Adults 18+: take 1–2 tablets at bedtime with water. Use only short term; not longer than 1 week without advice.
Safety / warnings
Do not take if pregnant or breastfeeding, under 18, with bowel obstruction or unexplained abdominal pain. Do not use for weight loss.
