2. How to contact us
You can contact our patient support team by telephone on 01282 943486, by email at hello@slinic.co.uk, or via WhatsApp on 07988 154819. Our team is available Monday to Friday 9am–7pm and Saturday 9am–1pm.
3. Eligibility and clinical suitability
Our services are intended for individuals aged 18 or over who are resident in the United Kingdom. All treatment is subject to clinical assessment and is provided only where a prescriber considers it safe and appropriate for you. Completing an assessment or placing an order does not guarantee that treatment will be prescribed. You must provide full, accurate and truthful information about your health, medical history and any medicines you take.
4. Prescription-only medicines and the consultation process
The medicines supplied through Slinic are prescription-only medicines (POMs). Every request is reviewed by a UK-registered prescriber — never by an automated system alone. A prescriber may decline to prescribe, request further information, or arrange a video consultation before making a clinical decision. You should always read the patient information leaflet supplied with your medicine and follow the advice of your Slinic clinician.
5. Placing an order and our contract with you
When you place an order you are making an offer to purchase treatment subject to clinical approval. A binding contract is formed only once a prescriber has approved your treatment and your order has been accepted for dispensing. If treatment is not approved, no contract is formed and you will not be charged, or any payment taken will be refunded.
6. Pricing and payment
Prices are shown in pounds sterling and, where stated, are fixed for the year indicated. Prices include the cost of the consultation, prescriber review and dispensing unless otherwise stated. Delivery charges, where applicable, are shown at checkout. Payment is taken through our secure payment provider and is only completed following clinical approval of your treatment. We reserve the right to correct pricing errors before your order is accepted.
7. Delivery
Once your treatment is approved and dispensed, it is dispatched using a tracked, discreet delivery service within the United Kingdom. Full details are set out in our Delivery Policy. Estimated delivery times are provided in good faith but are not guaranteed.
8. Returns, refunds and cancellation
Because medicines are supplied for individual use, they cannot be returned or reused once they have been dispatched, for reasons of patient safety and regulatory compliance. Your cancellation and refund rights are explained in full in our Returns, Refunds & Cancellation Policy. Nothing in these terms affects your statutory rights.
9. Your responsibilities
You agree to use our services only for lawful purposes and for your own personal use. You must not resell, share or supply any medicine obtained through Slinic to any other person. You are responsible for keeping your account details secure and for notifying us of any change to your medical circumstances.
10. Intellectual property
All content on this website, including text, graphics, logos and images, is owned by or licensed to Slinic and is protected by intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute or exploit any content without our prior written permission.
11. Our liability
We provide our services with reasonable care and skill. Nothing in these terms excludes or limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud, or for any liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law. Subject to this, we are not liable for losses that were not reasonably foreseeable at the time the contract was formed.
12. Complaints
We aim to provide a high standard of care. If you are unhappy with any aspect of our service, please contact us at hello@slinic.co.uk so that we can put things right. You also have the right to raise concerns with the General Pharmaceutical Council.
13. Changes to these terms
We may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time to reflect changes in our services, regulation or the law. The version published on this page at the time you place an order will apply to that order.
14. Governing law
These Terms & Conditions and any dispute arising from them are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales will have jurisdiction.
