Delivery Policy

Prescription Medication Delivery

Slinic is a UK-based, GPhC-regulated pharmacy service. We dispense and deliver prescription medications only within the United Kingdom and in accordance with UK pharmacy law and regulatory requirements.

Jurisdictions We Deliver To

Slinic ships prescription medicines to UK addresses only, including:

  • England
  • Scotland
  • Wales
  • Northern Ireland

We do not ship prescription medicines internationally under any circumstances.

Delivery may be unavailable to certain remote or offshore locations, including (but not limited to) the Channel Islands, Isle of Man, BFPO addresses, or other locations outside standard UK mainland delivery routes. If delivery is not available to your address, this will be indicated at checkout or you may contact us prior to ordering.

Delivery Method

All prescription and non-prescription orders are dispatched using:

Royal Mail Tracked 24 – Signed For

  • A signature is required upon delivery
  • Full tracking details are provided once your order has been dispatched
  • Tracking information will be sent to the email address used at checkou

This delivery method is selected to ensure the secure, traceable and compliant delivery of medicines.

Dispatch Times

Orders are processed and dispatched within 1–3 working days once:

  • Payment has been received, and
  • Clinical approval has been completed (where applicable)

Orders are dispatched Monday to Friday, excluding UK bank holidays.

Please note that delivery times may be affected by Royal Mail service delays, weather conditions, or public holidays, which are outside our control.

Missed Deliveries

As all deliveries require a signature:

  • If you are not available at the time of delivery, Royal Mail will follow their standard missed-delivery procedure
  • This may include re-delivery attempts or collection instructions via the tracking service

 

Address Accuracy

Customers are responsible for ensuring that delivery details are accurate and complete at the time of ordering. Slinic cannot be held responsible for delays or non-delivery resulting from incorrect or incomplete address information.
