MedExpress Mounjaro Price 2026
MedExpress publishes two numbers for the same pen, and the difference matters. Its product page advertises a lower figure at the 2.5mg starting dose, but its own price table lists the standard rate as £179.99. The lower figure is a new-customer introductory offer — MedExpress’s own help pages state that introductory discounts are usually valid for the first order only.
MedExpress’s published standard prices are £179.99 at 2.5mg, £189.99 at 5mg, £249.99 at 7.5mg, £279.99 at 10mg, £299.99 at 12.5mg and £309.99 at 15mg. MedExpress has itself published a notice explaining that its Mounjaro prices increased following a manufacturer price rise, and that its Wegovy pricing was unaffected.
Slinic charges £129 to £267 per pen. That is the standard price, the first-order price and the reorder price. There is no introductory rate at Slinic because there is nothing to introduce you to — the number does not move. At the starting dose, Slinic’s standard £128 is lower than MedExpress’s standard rate and lower than its advertised new-customer rate.

Foundayo® (orforglipron) — from £83 a month
The first once-daily GLP-1 tablet of its kind to reach UK pharmacies, authorised by the MHRA in August 2026. Taken as a film-coated tablet with no food or water timing restrictions. Treatment starts at 0.8mg once daily, then increases to 2.5mg after at least 30 days, with each subsequent increase also after a minimum of 30 days where clinically appropriate and tolerated. The Introductory Price Question
This is the difference that costs most people money, and almost nobody reads it at sign-up. Neither provider runs a subscription — MedExpress states plainly that none is required, and neither does Slinic. The difference is what happens to the number on your second order.

MedExpress’s own help centre explains that where a reorder costs more than a previous order, this is often because an introductory discount has expired. That is not hidden — it is stated openly. MedExpress is a large, well-run operation with a named clinical team and strong review scores. The pen is the same. What differs is what you pay for it from your second order onwards, and who is watching your treatment afterwards.
