VOY charges three different prices for the identical Eli Lilly pen, and which one you get depends on how long you sign up for. At the 2.5mg starting dose: £214 if you stay flexible, £194 if you commit to six months, £189 if you lock in for a year. Every dose increase costs more again — by 15mg you are paying £359, £339 or £334. Their full monthly ladder runs £214, £244, £294, £324, £344, £359.

Wegovy Oral (semaglutide tablets) — from £92 a month
A once-daily oral form of semaglutide containing the same active ingredient as the Wegovy injection, increased gradually across four dose strengths. Foundayo® (orforglipron) — from £83 a month
The first once-daily GLP-1 tablet of its kind to reach UK pharmacies, authorised by the MHRA in August 2026. Taken as a film-coated tablet with no food or water timing restrictions. Treatment starts at 0.8mg once daily, then increases to 2.5mg after at least 30 days, with each subsequent increase also after a minimum of 30 days where clinically appropriate and tolerated. On price, Slinic is lower at every published dose of both Mounjaro and Wegovy, and remains lower even against VOY’s cheapest 12-month plan. That price does not depend on signing up to a term, does not rise after a promotional period, and carries no exit fee. Over a year at the same dose, the difference is roughly £732 to £924 on medication, before Slinic’s £4.99 per-order delivery charge is added.
